Voice Assistant keeps coming through Hearing Aids

If your hearing aids have the tap control feature enabled, this could be the cause. Tap control can be used to access the voice assistant feature in your phone, via the hearing aids. This can be triggered by accidently tapping the hearing aids, for example when they are touched by spectacle frames.

If the voice assistant is regularly being activated by mistake, then talk to your audiologist. They can make the tap control less sensitive so that a more deliberate tap is required for the voice assistant to be accessed, or they could disable this feature if it is not required.
