How to Pair to Android
Watch the video below to learn how to pair your Phonak hearing aids to an Android smartphone via Bluetooth. This will allow you to hear phone calls and audio from your phone directly in your hearing aids. Pairing Mode
Put hearing instruments into pairing mode (stays in pairing mode for ~3 minutes).

Rechargeable devices:

Press and hold the bottom button for ~3 seconds to turn off (red light), then release and push again for ~2 seconds to turn back on (green flashing light).

OR put the instruments into their plugged in charger and take back out.

Disposable batteries:

Open and close the battery door.

Minimum Requirements:
Android 8.0 or newer and Bluetooth version 4.2 or newer

Quick Access Menu:
At the top of the phone, pull down on the screen to access the quick settings menu. Then click the highlight button.​​

Connection Confirm:
The phone will prompt you once it locates the hearing aids. Select 'Pair'

Phone Settings:
Select Bluetooth. Recommended to restart hearing aids at this time.

Bluetooth Settings:
The Phone will look for an available device in range.

Bluetooth Settings:
Select Phonak hearing aid. (if none found, restarted hearing aids and refresh phones Bluetooth.

Connection Active:
Press n the arrow next to the new active connection

Paired Device:
Check that phone calls and media are both turned on
