Why are my phone calls not coming through to the hearing aids?

If you have established a Bluetooth connection to your Phonak hearing aids and your Android phone but the calls are not ringing in the hearing aids you may need to check your phones Bluetooth call routing.

 

Navigate to the phones Bluetooth menu from within the phone settings > select the hearing aid connection and tap the button on the right to expand for more options > ensure that the device has phone calls enabled.
